Every pitch, every promise, one table.

You get permission before sending, keep every follow-up on a clock, and record the reason whenever a company says no — the same checkpoints the free Outreach Guide teaches.

The table view

Company, contact, status, last contact, next action — sortable columns, overdue flags, and an expandable row holding every detail and the full outreach log.

What you'll actually do

  1. 1

Add companies from research or by hand

Research results carry their submission links and quoted conditions with them. Anything you find on your own takes ten seconds to add.

  2. 2

Move each company through eight stages

You start a company at Researching, then move it along as things happen: Trying to reach, Permission granted, Sheet sent, Following up — and finally Interested, Not interested, or On hold. Log your first contact and the app moves that company forward for you.

  3. 3

Keep the details you'll need on the next call

For each company, save where it's based, how big it is, how it takes submissions, how long it says a review takes — and the person you spoke to with their direct line, so next time the person answers instead of the gatekeeper.

  4. 4

    Never miss a follow-up

Set a follow-up date on any logged contact — one click sets it a week out. Overdue dates turn red, float to the top, and land in a morning email digest.

  5. 5

See the whole campaign at a glance

Sort the table by status — companies needing action first, closed ones at the bottom. On a no, ask why and record their stated reason in its own field: a reason tells you what to fix next.

The honest numbers

  • Free: 5 targets to try it. Unlocked: unlimited
  • Every morning the app emails you the follow-ups due that day
  • Statuses record facts — the app never tells you where to send
