The campaign unlock is a one-time $49 purchase, and the free tier exists so you can try every tool at a smaller scale before paying. If you pay and it wasn't right for you anyway, here's how refunds work.
Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no argument.
The policy
Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no argument. After 14 days, we'll still refund purchases where something on our side genuinely didn't work.
How to request one
Email support@sellsheetstudio.com from the email address on your account and tell us which campaign the purchase unlocked. That's all we need.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
The fine print, kept short
A refund re-locks the campaign it paid for (your content stays — you just go back to the free tier's limits).
The one thing we'll say no to is doing this on repeat — unlocking a campaign, exporting, asking for a refund, and going again.
