What SellSheet Studio is

SellSheet Studio is a software toolkit for running a campaign to license one product: a sell-sheet builder, live company research, and an outreach tracker. It is a tool, not an agency and not an advisor. It never evaluates your idea, never predicts outcomes, and nothing in the app is professional advice of any kind — including legal, patent, or business advice.

We promise no outcomes. Using SellSheet Studio does not mean any company will respond to you, meet with you, or license your product.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, use a real email address you control, and be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content is yours

Everything you create or upload — your idea descriptions, sell sheets, photos, logos, exports, tracker notes — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of any of it, ever.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: storing your content, processing it, and rendering it into the documents you ask for. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI provider does not train on it by default — we never opt in to change that (see the privacy policy for the full data map).

Payments and what you get

The free tier lets you try every tool at a smaller scale (the editable PowerPoint export belongs to the unlock). Its limits, per account:

• —3 company searches
• —5 tracker targets
• —10 wording generations

Unlocking a campaign is a one-time $49 payment handled by Stripe. It unlocks that one campaign: sell-sheet exports without watermark, the editable PowerPoint export, full company research, and the full tracker. Exports, research, and wording generation carry generous fair-use caps per campaign — currently 500 exports, 60 searches, and 100 wording generations — that exist to prevent abuse, not to meter normal use.

Prices can change for future purchases; a price change never affects a campaign you already unlocked. The refund policy lives on its own page and is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use SellSheet Studio to:

• —break the law or create unlawful content,
• —try to access other users' data or bypass usage limits,
• —resell, share, or automate access to the service,
• —abuse the research feature as a general-purpose scraping tool.

About research results

Company research runs live web searches over public pages and shows you what those pages say, word for word and in alphabetical order. We do not verify, rank, or endorse any company, and a page can change after we checked it. Verify everything yourself before contacting a company or sending them anything.

About AI features

The Wording Workshop sends the text you typed, plus the rest of that sheet's text for context, to our AI provider — only when you click to generate options. The suggestions are drafting options — you choose what goes on your sell sheet, and you're responsible for what you send to companies.

No warranties

SellSheet Studio is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast, accurate, and available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, error-free output, or that any external service the app depends on (search, AI, email, payments) will always behave.

Limit of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, lost deals, or lost opportunities.

Ending things

You can stop using SellSheet Studio at any time and delete your account (see the privacy policy for exactly what deletion removes). We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your exports never depend on us: every PDF and PowerPoint you download is yours permanently, on your own computer, and keeps working whether or not SellSheet Studio exists.

If we ever discontinue a feature you paid for — or shut down SellSheet Studio entirely — we'll email every account holder at least 90 days before it happens, keep your content and exports available to download through that entire period, and refund in full anyone who unlocked a campaign in the 90 days before the announcement.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
