Your idea stays yours

You're trusting a product-idea tool with a product idea. That deserves a page with no fine print — this is exactly what happens to your idea inside SellSheet Studio, and what never happens to it.
Your idea is yours, before and after you pay. We claim no rights to any of it and never sell or share what you type.
The promise
Your idea, your sell sheets, your images, your exports — all yours. We claim no rights to any of it, we never use it to train AI, and nobody at SellSheet Studio is in the invention business.
Confidential mechanics never belong in the app
A sell sheet sells the benefit, not the blueprint. That's why the app's input fields ask for the benefit you're offering, never the mechanism — nothing in the flow requires you to type confidential how-it-works detail into the app at all.
Exactly what leaves the app, and when
Four things ever leave, each with one purpose:
- Wording Workshop: the words you typed go to Anthropic, our AI provider, only at the moment you click for options — along with the rest of that sheet's text (product name, headline, subhead, benefits, tagline) and any options you already rejected, so the suggestions fit what's on the page instead of contradicting it. Your contact details are never part of it. Per Anthropic's published policy, commercial API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default, and we never opt in to change that.
- Company research: your product-category term goes to the search service (Firecrawl) to find public company pages, and to Anthropic to suggest the trade words companies use for that category. The addresses of those public pages — and of the company sites you add to your tracker — go to Firecrawl to be fetched, and their text goes to Anthropic to be classified (stated process, or open question). Your idea text is never part of any of it.
- Payments: your card goes directly to Stripe. We never see or store card details.
- Emails: your email address goes to Resend so sign-in links and digests can reach you.
Your images
Product photos and logos live in a private storage bucket only your account can reach, and the app serves them through short-lived signed links. Optional background removal runs in your browser — the photo never leaves your device during processing.
When you delete your account
Everything above goes with it: every database row, every stored image. We also ask Stripe to delete your customer profile. The one thing that outlives deletion is Stripe's own record of past transactions — payment processors must keep those for accounting and dispute defense. We'd rather tell you that plainly than promise a clean slate we can't deliver.
What's outside our walls
Once you send a sell sheet to a company, that copy is in their hands under their submission terms — which is why research results quote each company's conditions word for word, so you can read what they say before you send anything.
